A farmer's market that will only sell organic and biodynamic produce kicks off on 3 May in London's Stoke Newington. Stalls include Christopher Learmonth's organic lamb and mutton from North Essex, Shadiya Kingerlee's organic chickens, eggs, pork and farm-made sausages from her Oxfordshire farm, organic cheeses from East Sussex and organic breads from Celtic Bakeries. The market will open every Saturday between 10am and 2.30pm at the Old Fire Station yard, 61 Leswin Road, London N16.

There's no stopping him... Gordon Ramsay is opening a new, less formal, restaurant this summer in Knightsbridge on the site currently occupied by Vong. Aimed at families with small children, the menu will include home-made burgers, and big bowls of ice cream with different sauces.
